COMMERCIAL MODEL

We align our success with yours. A single, simple commission structure combined with institutional sponsorship.
No Cure, No Pay — 17.5% Placement Fee
You only pay when a candidate is successfully placed and starts their contract. The fee is a flat 17.5% of the candidate's first-year gross annual salary, plus a 1-year platform license. We stand by our matches: if the candidate leaves within the first 1 or 2 months, we refund 50% of the fee or find a replacement for free (standard Dutch coulance practice).
Sponsorship Commitment (MoU)
We connect specialists with employers who invest in long-term integration. As a partner, you sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) committing to support the candidate through their BIG registration pathway. This includes: providing clinical role placement, support for Dutch medical language acquisition (B2 to C1 level), assisting with logistics and housing, and supporting the registration process.
